Can I use this on my DVD player?
No. PC Fitness: Your Personal Trainer works only on your PC. This programme is the first personalised, interactive, goal-oriented home fitness programme and with no two workouts ever being the same, Maya coaches you in ways that are not possible on a DVD full of static content. What is PC Fitness: Your Personal Trainer?
PC Fitness: Your Personal Trainer is the first interactive home fitness programme with a virtual personal trainer. This innovative combination of technology and physical fitness is a new tool to help you take control of your health and fitness goals and motivate you to lead a more active, healthier lifestyle. Maya, your virtual personal trainer, will help you establish, measure and achieve your health and fitness goals by providing a fitness and diet programme and coaching you through each workout from start to finish. What do you mean by “custom fitness programme?”
Maya, the PC Fitness personal trainer, will do four things for you:
1. Assess your current level of fitness
2. Identify areas where you need work and help you set realistic fitness goals
3. Build a workout programme customised just for you and lead you through your programme on a schedule and at a pace that is right for you
4. Over time, Maya will adapt your programme to your increasing fitness level What are the key features of the programme?
The content of the programme is dynamic and fully interactive:
- Over 500 exercises
- A complete fitness analysis

- Customised meal planner with over 4500 recipes
- A fitness commitment calendar

Do you share the information that I enter such as my weight, etc?
Absolutely not! Your personal information remains private because it is stored on the hard drive of your PC and can only be accessed by you. Do you need workout equipment to use the programme?
We recommend that you have a yoga mat, but any comfortable flat surface should be fine. You can also use a stability ball to help you focus on core exercises and tightening your abs. Additionally, Maya also incorporates hand weights, a step bench and a heart rate monitor if you have them available in your workout space. You can get a great workout without any equipment, but the more equipment you own, the more Maya can teach you. Can more than one person use the programme?
Your whole family will be able to lead a more active lifestyle because Maya can build individual programmes for each of them. While only one person can get “credit” for a workout, multiple people can workout at the same time. I have never worked out before, or haven’t worked out in a while. Is this programme safe for me?
As with any health and fitness programme, you should consult a doctor before starting the programme, but because Maya is there to coach you through every exercise and she builds the program based on your personal needs, PC Fitness: Your Personal Trainer is a great way for most people to get active. I am in great shape. Will the programme have any benefit for me?
